There's always a choice of fruit juices, coffees and teas. Then we serve a fruit course with accompanying yogurt and homemade granola. The entree selection is so wide that we ask guests to discuss their choice before retiring for the night.
Thin rolled crepes can be filled with fresh fruits or cheeses and served elegantly with a variety of sauces. Our pancakes are never from a package. We make them fresh and fill them with nutritious ingredients.
This is a unique but perennial favourite at Ezra Annes. It's a puff pastry delight. A special treat we've served to hundreds of newly-wed couples.
This comes in many different versions at Ezra Annes from traditional Quebecois-style oven-baked with caramelized apples or, in summer, stuffed with strawberries and blueberries.
Our eggs benedict and florentine sit high on the plate in a wondrous béarnaise sauce. We can do them pure and simple on request also.
Yes, we will do a traditional English breakfast but sometimes offer a change with Victorian ham or back bacon with fried apple slices.
